When do I pay my premium?
To keep enjoying the benefits of your policy, you must pay your premiums on or before the due date of your chosen mode whether annual, semi-annual, or quarterly. As a reminder, the Company will send a Premium Notice one month before your premium due date. You have 31 days grace period from your premium due date to pay your premiums. |
Where can I pay my premiums?
Sony Life provides you the following payment facilities:
Electronic Banking ATM
BPI EXPRESS TELLER (Available 7 days a week with 24 hour service)
1. Visit any BPI branch where you maintain an account. Ask the bank staff to help you enroll your account to pay for your premiums.
2. You may then use your ATM card to pay your premium. Simply follow the instructions on the teller machine. 3. A receipt will automatically be dispensed to complete the transaction. Please keep the receipt for your reference. |
Accredited banks through over the counter
Visit any of the following accredited banks near you. You don’t have to be a depositor of the bank to avail of these payment facilities. |

LIFEPLANNER
Our duly licensed Lifeplanner/PSR would be more than happy to visit you. Always ask for a Provisional Receipt upon payment.
HOME OFFICE
Just drop by our Home Office at 35/F PBCOM Tower, 6795 Ayala Ave. cor. V.A. Rufino St., Makati City from Mondays to Fridays, 8AM-7PM. Our courteous & efficient Agency Administration Assistants will assist you.
POST DATED CHEQUES
Pay your premiums by issuing post-dated cheques for your future premiums to your Lifeplanner/PSR or to the Home Office. Always ask for a Provisional Receipt upon payment.
FLEXIBLE DEPOSIT FUND
You must have a Flexible Deposit Fund Rider attached to your policy. Make deposits to automatically pay for your future premiums while you earn interest. Consult your Lifeplanner/PSR for more information. |
7-11 STORES
Visit any of the 7-11 branches near you to pay for your premiums.
1. Bring your billing/premium notice with you and present this to the counter when you pay. You CANNOT pay without your billing/premium notice. Only cash payments will be accepted.
2. Please keep the machine-validated copy of the receipt for your reference. |

What if I cannot pay my premiums on time?
If you cannot pay your premium within the grace period, your policy will lapse. To avoid underwriting requirements, you may avail of our Special Reinstatement Offer (SRO):
If the Special Reinstatement Offer Period has elapsed, please call immediately your Lifeplanner or our Policy Services Department for reinstatement requirements. |
